Founded in 1944, Asheville Radiology Associates has evolved into the preeminent multispecialty practice in WNC for the purpose of helping people reach their highest attainable quality of life. Our mission to deliver value in healthcare is achieved through innovative and coordinated delivery of imaging, intervention, and surgery. As a multidisciplinary team of board-certified radiologists, vascular surgeons, vascular-interventional radiologists, and neuro-interventional surgeons supported by trained advanced practitioners and care coordinators, we seek to diagnose disease early and reduce the time to treatment with a commitment to superior quality and an exceptional patient experience.
We needed a better way to tell our story, one that truly reflects who we are now, the values that lead us and the vision that guides us. Our new name, ARA Health Specialists, will strengthen our ability to more clearly communicate the role we play in the lives of those we serve as well as our impact on access to care that improves wellness and well-being.
Our new logo speaks to our past, present and future. The logo mark ‘A’ speaks to our heritage in the Asheville mountains. The continuous line that forms the rising A speaks to our expansion of services, continued innovation and leadership. The logo color blue represents the horizon that is always before us – helping our patients reach a better tomorrow through health and wellness as well as our constant focus on moving forward to remain a leader in state-of-the-art care.
